Experienced defender who was a former professional with Fulham and had a brief spell coaching for Paul Joynes at Sungate in the 2001-02 season. Returned to the Club from Barkingside during 2004/05 but missed the start of the season with injury. Was one of several players to share the captaincy during the early part of the season but eventually established himself as the regular skipper. Didn't appear during the 2005 pre-season due to a back problem but moved into more of a coaching capacity, before deciding he wasn't ready to give up playing just yet and moving to Bowers & Pitsea.
