Son of reserve team manager Geoff, and came through the youth team. Made an assured debut in midfield in the 2002/03, scoring early on and almost adding to it in the second half. Struggled a little in subsequent appearances and stayed in the reserve team squad for the rest of the season. Left the Club when his father was replaced as reserve team manager just before the start of the following season.
