Former West Ham United junior who was often notably anonymous for Romford. Went to Barkingside for a spell, but was recalled for a League Cup semi-final against Great Wakering Rovers due to a shortage of eligible players. Stayed to the end of the season, scoring from a free-kick in the title-clincher at Brentwood. Played against Boro for both Grays Athletic and Billericay Town before joining Southend United, to become the first ex-Romford player to play in the Football League.
