Striker who was initially tagged 'son of Devon' due to his resemblance to Devon Gayle. Impressed on his occasional appearances in 1993-94, but came into his own in October and November 1994 with fifteen goals including two hat-tricks. Fell out of favour in the New Year following suspension, causing much friction between supporters and management. Returned in November 1996 and scored a wildly celebrated goal at Leighton Town, but suffered similar relationship problems with Don McGovern and, following a bizarre substitution having scored in an FA Vase replay at Bedlington Terriers, left again.
