Defender signed from Hornchurch during the 1997/98 but had to wait a bit for his debut but made an immediate impression with his confidence and maturity, and didn’t miss a minute for the rest of the season. Spent much of the following season in a left midfield or left wing-back role, but suffered quite a bit with injuries. Was appointed captain by new manager Amin Levitt following the loss of several players and went on to win the Player of the Year award. Joined Purfleet at the start of the following season.
