Was loaned to Romford by Chelmsford City to regain fitness following a broken leg. Took a few games to settle in at left-back but made impressive progress in the last month of the season. Returned early the following season after training with Chelmsford but never really held down a regular place despite obvious potential, largely due to fitness problems. Followed Paul Joynes to Tilbury at the end of the season.
