'The Rolls-Royce', Classy midfielder who joint in 1995 and spent most of the 1996-97 season at full-back, but moved further forward in Division One.Ended a four-month goal drought by scoring in both the Semi-Final and Final to lift the East Anglian Cup in 1997-98. Supported the front line in 1998-99 and hit a prolific run of goalscoring form, battling with Martin Hayes for the Club goalscoring record before joining the exodus to Bishops Stortford at the end of January. Returned to the club in 2003 becoming the clubs all time top scorer and appearance holder. Injuries finally took their toll and he hung up his boots. A true Boro legend and everybodies favourite player.
