Appearances 53 (League 33)Made a handful of first team appearances for Southend United as teenager before joining Romford at the start of the 1997/1998 season. Captained the side in an Essex Thames-side Trophy match against Aveley. Was vastly improved in midfield or as sweeper after returning from injury and followed a mass exodus to Bishops Stortford, but apparently retired due to injury.
