This course is only open to male students at the moment although there are plans for a Girl's Academy to start next September (2010).

The minimum age requirement is just left school this summer and maximum age is 18. Applicants will need to have gained 4 GCSEs at C grade or above.

The programme is for 2 years and will provide students with a BTEC National Certificate in Sport qualification which is the equivalent of 2 A Levels.
