After a waterlogged pitch at The Rush Green Bowl resulted in this fixture being postponed three times, the prospects for play are much better tomorrow with the weather having become much drier.

FC Clacton remain rooted at the foot of the Essex Senior League table but despite suffering five defeats in their last six league outings they are not going down without a fight and recently won 1-0 at Buckhurst Hill. On Saturday they put three goals past Barking at Mayesbrook Park but having conceded twice in the first five minutes, were beaten 5-3.

Continue down Cloes Lane for about 1/2 mile, passing St.Clares School on your right, then at traffic lights, turn right onto Rush Green Road. Trains arrive at Clacton Rail Station from London Liverpool Street at 44 minutes past the hour, and depart Clacton Rail station to London Liverpool Street at 5 minutes past the hour. Please note that it is a fair walk from the station to the ground. Taxis are available from across the road to the station.
