From the A13, exit at the junction with A123 (signposted Lodge Avenue Junction) and take the A1153 approx. 1 mile to Lodge Avenue. The Lawtech Stadium is on the left.
From the A12, exit at Little Heath and take Barley Lane (B177) , becoming Goodmayes Lane, for approx. 2 miles to junction with A124. Turn left onto Longbridge Road, then take the right hand lane to turn right at the traffic lights into Lodge Avenue. The Lawtech Stadium is on the right.

By bus, route 5 stops close to the Lawtech Stadium and takes about 25 minutes from central Romford. Alight at Lodge Avenue (Lidl store), walk back to the traffic lights, turn right onto Lodge Avenue. The Lawtech Stadium is approx. 450m on the right.
Buses 5, 145 and EL2 stop at Becontree Avenue (from Barking/Ilford) or Lodge Avenue (from Dagenham/Becontree Heath) and bus 368 (from Chadwell Heath) stops at Ilchester Road.

By Greater Anglia trains from Essex, change at Shenfield and take Elizabeth Line to Chadwell Heath. Exit station, cross the road and take bus 368 from stop B. Alight at Ilchester Road. Cross the road for the Lawtech Stadium.
By Elizabeth Line (Liverpool Street to Shenfield), alight at Chadwell Heath and take bus 368 as above.
By c2c trains from Essex, District/Hammersmith & City Line Underground, alight at Barking, exit the station and take bus 5 or EL2 from bus stop K. Alight at Becontree Avenue (Lidl store), cross Longbridge Road at the traffic lights and walk 450m along Lodge Avenue to the Lawtech Stadium.
